What is Latisse®?

Do you need an eyelash growth enhancer? Hypotrichosis, or inadequate eyelash growth, is a condition that affects many individuals. It used to be that there really was no solution to thin or patchy eyelashes. But now there’s Latisse®, which keeps your eyelashes in their growth stage for a longer period of time and stimulates the transition from an inactive growth phase to an active growth phase. The growth cycle of an eyelash is typically one to two months, then the lash transitions back to a resting phase before eventually falling out. Latisse® is a prostaglandin analogue, which effectively treats hypotrichosis of the eyelashes by increasing the growth of your eyelashes, including their length and thickness.

What are the Benefits of Latisse®?

For ages, women have been wearing false lashes on special occasions to enhance their eyes.  Have you ever wished you could have a similar effect that looked more natural, a look you could wear every day but without the glue and touch ups?  Other products claim to grow lashes, but Latisse® truly is the miracle you’ve been looking for if you want to have longer, thicker lashes in a month with incredibly dramatic results after four months. Once you have achieved your full results, you can start using Latisse® every other day. Latisse® is the only prescription medication for hypotrichosis.

Real Patient Reviews

"I would highly recommend Dr. Nia Banks. She and her office staff are professional, yet caring about your fears and concerns. I am a 19 survivor of breast cancer. I have had two unsuccessful reconstructive surgeries and had come to the conclusion that there was no hope for me until I was referred to Dr. Banks by my primary care physician. Well, I had the surgery and I am so freaking proud of my breasts now. Dr. Banks did an amazing job and has made me feel like a woman again. I would recommend Dr. Banks for anyone needing plastic surgery!"
